CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the shop (608) 467-2222 to speak with our front desk staff or leave a voicemail. If email communication works better for you, email us at booking@thorps.org.
We understand that extenuating circumstances happen. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show, please see “Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Show Policy” for details.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
A last-minute cancellation refers to any cancellation made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be required to leave a credit card on file and will be charged for 50% of the services missed if you cancel last-minute. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without calling to cancel, you will be charged for 100% of the services missed.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and need to reschedule your appointment, and the last-minute cancellation & no-show policy will apply.
